New Deal: a great classic in a re-edition of the no. 904 model from 1930.
In reality, it represented an early version of the famous Vanity Fair from which it stands out for its smaller dimensions and the circular design of the backrest. Conversely, the characteristic design of the armrests and the trim on the back produced using tacks are features common to both armchairs.
The frame is in seasoned beech-wood. Springiness is created with eight-way steel springs supported on jute webbing. The padding in the seat and backrest is in rubberised horsehair. The armrests are padded with vegetable horsehair and the seat cushion is made with goose down. Upholstery is in Pelle Frau® leather.
